1. Maui really wants to go fishing with his older Brothers but they always had a excuse so he could not come with them.

2.  Maui's grandmother, Murirangawhenua, said that he would be a great fishermen."Let your lines down as I say my karakia and you'll catch more fish than you ever have."

Monday

On Monday I got 25 wpm(word per min) and on Thursday I got 25 wpm that means that I am not improving I am just the same wpm.

I am testing how quickly I can remember my Basic Facts.

I need to remember my Basic Facts because they are the knowledge I need to help me with strategies to solve Maths problems.

On Monday I got 23/40 and on Friday I got 21/40 so that means I not improving on my maths because I was not focused on it I have to practise on all the blocks.

This is what happened

Charlie,Grandpa Joe,Mr and Mrs Teavee and Mike Teavee just came out of the glass lift with one Million battens. when they got out they had to cover their eyes because it was so bright and white that they couldn't see a thing the Mr Wonka gave them all dark glasses and said " DO NOT TAKE THESE OF DO NOT OK!!!"

On Monday I got 24 wpm(word per min) and on Friday I got 24 wpm but the scores are different because on Monday I got 121 cpm(?) and on Friday I got 118 cpm so that means I a not improving with my typing.

This is what happened

Mr Willy Wonka and the four finders have got off the boat and and went into a red door that said INVENTING ROOM - PRIVATE - KEEP OUT but first Mr Wonka had to pull out keys that where in his pocket then he had to reach out of the boat and unlock the door. No one has ever gone in the room expat for Wonka.

Charlie is getting ready to go to Wonka's Chocolate Factory and he gets to go with his Grandpa Joe and Grandpa Joe is jumping up and down because he is super excited cause it was his dram to go in the Chocolate Factory.

This is what happened

An Oompa-Loompa has taken Mr and Mrs Gloop to the Mr  Willy Wonka's Fudge Room to find Augustus Gloop because he got sucked up a pipe and the pipe leads to the Fudge Room. But the Oompa-Loompa is slowing it down because he is laughing at Mr and Mrs Gloop. When the Oompa-Loompa stoped laughing they ran to the Fudge Room everyone else followed Wonka to his privet boat that was made out of boiled sweets. It was shinny pink with ten oars on each side of the boat with ten Oompa-Loompas on them.

My Silent Reading Today

I have been reading from 77-92.

This is what happened.

Augustus Gloop felled into Mr Wonka's river of melted chocolate and then he went up a big pipe but half way up the pipe Augustus got stuck everyone was staring at him with horror and Mrs and Mr Gloop where jumping around like headless chickens saying "SOMEBODY HELP ARE SON SOMEBODY PLEAS HE IS GO ING TO DIE!!" Then Mr Wonka says "calm down Mrs and Mr Gloop you son is beneficently safe."

This is what happened
The five lucky finders are entering the chocolate factory. There is a big crowd outside the gate and they need policemen to hold them back from getting in. There are people shouting and pushing to try and see the the five finders. The finders see Mr Willy Wonka coming to see them and then the whole crowd sees him and starts shouting. The five finders greets them to Mr Willy Wonka and Mr Willy Wonka greets him to them.

On Monday I got 23 wpm(word per min) and on Friday I got 25 wpm and that is my new high score so now I will by even faster at my typing.

This is what happened

Charlie has found fifty pence and then he went to the candy shop and he bought a Whipple-Scrumptions Fudgemellow Delight and when he bought the Whipple-Scrumptions Fudgemellow Delight he eats is all in half a minute the when the shopkeeper gave Charlie his change he decided to buy another Whipple-Scrumptions Fudgemellow Delight but the shopkeeper decided to give Whipple-Scrumptions Fudgemellow Delight and Charlie took it and when he opened the wrapper he saw a flash of gold then the shopkeeper said you found the last golden ticket but Charlie's heart froze when the shopkeeper was shouting out " HE FOUND THE GOLDEN TICKET!!!"

Monday

On Monday I got 23 wpm (word per minute) and on Friday I got 23 wpm so I am not getting faster at typing and my score is 2 cpm (Cost per mille) back so I have not improved.

What's my number?

I am learning that numbers can be shown in many different ways

I can show in my presentation some of the different ways my number can be recorded.

My favourite way is making up a word problem.

I learned how to use my own number and do sums with it. The Hardest slide was slide 5 because It is hard to takeaway big numbers.

This is what happened

Charlie's family is begging for food because it is winter and and it is snowing badly. Charlie's dad has to dig a hole in font of the front door and dig a path to the road because the snow is four meters deep and the house is getting a cold breeze blasting through the windows so the whole house is freezing cold.
